USS Lionfish

I started this model a while ago during College for Kids at the beginning of summer. I wanted to use it as a way to show kids how to build models and how a model can look if you take your time and do it right. I didn't get a chance to finish it during the actual class but I did get a chance to work on it more last week.



I was able to completely finish it and I'm pretty happy with the results. There are some mistakes in the paint job and in the building process but over all I'd say its a pretty decent attempt at scale modelling after not doing it in about 8 years!

Not exactly sure what to do after this guy. We are having some work done on the house so I won't really be able to do too much... I might just start building some of the kits on my back log or I might just take a break for a few weeks. Grad school is starting for me next week so I will be BUSY BUSY BUSY with that!
